一、如何理解題目
一提起法律，許多考生第1感覺就是類似憲法、勞動法、刑法等很莊嚴、范圍很廣的法律。假如按這種思路準(zhǔn)備考試的話，的確會受到自身知識和專業(yè)詞匯不足的限制。
實際上law到底是什么?高級英語字典的解釋如下：

根據(jù)上面的定義，alaw可以是一系列或單個的法律，法規(guī)，可以是國家、洲甚至城市制定的。因此，考生可參照的范圍擴大了，既可以是憲法這樣的大法律，也可以是合同法、移民法、專利法等比較個別的法律，更可以是地方政府制定的某些政策和法規(guī)，如獨生子女政策、房屋限購政策、限制環(huán)境污染政策等等。
