一、工作展示-Presentation

經(jīng)常做Preseantation就會知道，想取得好的效果并不在乎你中間說了什么，重要的是展示時你是否有自信的氣場、PPT是否有吸引力，以及開頭和結(jié)尾是不是印象深刻、結(jié)構(gòu)清晰和表達(dá)流暢(這真的是答主的血淚經(jīng)驗)。 既然要結(jié)構(gòu)清晰和流暢，我認(rèn)為重要的技巧就是引導(dǎo)詞和連詞。

連詞

連詞最好準(zhǔn)備在你忘詞或者這一段已經(jīng)油盡燈枯說不下去的時候用。我覺得連詞中“高級”的有，但并不高級的那么明顯，重要的是，你能在緊張到忘掉演講詞的時候想起來用個高級的連詞。所以我建議你在pre開始前就要想好，比如對自己說“我今天一定要用however和as long as”。 以下是一些“高級”、“地道”的詞：

1、However

However用在句首的效果和but基本一樣，而且強(qiáng)調(diào)了轉(zhuǎn)折，比起but是一個更好的選擇。聽過很多外國人做pre的表示，這個詞母語者使用的頻率比非母語者高很多。

2、So that

在表順承(僅限表順承)的時候這是一個比and高級很多的詞。

3、Since和As

表原因這兩詞比because高級很多，重要的是用了這兩個詞你可以說出很長的從句。

4、Both, Either…or…, Neither…nor…

這三兄弟誰用誰知道，是很提氣的!用這三組的時候，說了第一個詞就會強(qiáng)迫你思考后半句要說什么，雖然不高級，但是很神奇。

引導(dǎo)詞

引導(dǎo)詞的道理和連詞差不多，只不過引導(dǎo)詞更強(qiáng)調(diào)“結(jié)構(gòu)”，是提醒聽眾你接下來要說什么的關(guān)鍵。 推薦以下詞匯：

開頭用

First, we're going to ...

I'd like to begin by outlining our present situation.

You may not know that ...

中間用

Let's take a look at some of the implications of this.

Taking into consideration what we have said about X, we can see that Y ...

The main reason for these actions is ...

We have to keep in mind that ... when we consider ...

As you can see from this graph representing ...

If you could just take a look at ...

Looking at X we can see that ..

There are a number of alternatives in this case. We can ...

If we had ... , we would ...

Had we... , we could have ... Do we need to X or Y?

I think we can clearly see that we can either ... or ...

We have been considering ...

結(jié)尾用

We've discussed many points today. Let me quickly summarize the principal points:

二、面試-Interview

1、首先重要的是，讓面試官感到你的自信，或者說“確定性”。

你可以使用下面的詞：

It is sure/very certain that....

It is very obvious that

I am sure that my experience in xxx could help (name of the company) with xxxx

I have certain confidence in xxxx

2、要有中心，要在幾個問題內(nèi)讓面試官知道你最明顯的特點(diǎn)。

這些表達(dá)很好用：

As I mentioned before, I am a very xxx person and this could also apply to xxxx as well

If you remember what I said in last question, I could xxxxx

As I said before..........

3、面試時，你通常不會有太多思考時間，你可以用 well等詞拖延時間。

這是可以接受的，你也可以用一些打太極的招式，比如

I am very confident that I can bring certain things to the firm/help the firm inmany ways...

In my understanding of the culture of this company.....

I am sure that the culture of this company delivers certain things that agree with my own value and hence(爭取時間的大招!)

4、關(guān)于工資，你不能太直白地說My expected salary ....

你至少要委婉地加上你要求某個數(shù)字的原因：

In reference to my xx years of working experience in the industry, I am expecting a payment like xxxxx

In regard of the average salary in the industry............

Considering the industry.....

三、辦公室-In Office

當(dāng)在辦公室與老板、同事交流時，要記住，你交流的對象，職場中的大家都很忙，所以給你的時間是極其有限的。在這種情況下，所需要的技巧就是“快速表達(dá)你的目的”換而言之就是要使用“action message”——你要干啥。 那些老外是這樣和老板溝通的：

1、他們通常直呼其名 Hi, John

2、為了開門見山地表達(dá)目的，他們通常會說 Hi John,just about the efficient frontier you mentioned in the lecture Hi,John, in regarding of the issue of xxxxxx 沒錯，甚至都不需要加疑問詞，就是這么直接，老板不會怪你的。

3、如果你是要問關(guān)于某個項目、某個工作的問題，就需要先向老板表明“你在做xx項目/工作，這樣他們才能提出具體建議。

你可以說

Hi, John! I am working on xx, can I get a few thoughts on xxx?

Hi, John! In regarding of xx part of xxx project, can I do like xxxxxxx

Hi, John! I just want to know that whether it is alright to do xxx in xxx project?

交流之后請不要忘了表達(dá)感謝!

四、非正式社交場合-Informal Social Setting

這個就太多太多了，但是我想糾正一個誤區(qū)，僅就我自己的經(jīng)驗來說，老外們，包括青少年日常聊天使用的俚語并不是很多，有幾句經(jīng)常聽到的，但是說是俚語，不如說是表達(dá)方法，比如

1、 It is like.......這是老外最愛用的，幾乎可以做一切句子的開頭，或者可以是I was like…He/She is like....

2、反問句，這也是老外很愛用的 Why not go there/接名詞 Don't you like him? Don't you want to?

3、I just wanted to這個聊天的時候也很常用。

4、打招呼的時候最常用的是“hey what's up”或者“hey bro/babe”這個貌似都知道…告別的時候老外最愛用的是“catch you later”。

5、老外聊天時很喜歡征求你的意見Do you like it? 最常用(注意連讀) what youthink (注意不是what do you think)

6、幾個很酷的詞：bloody, awesome, retarded +形容詞
